Solid-state UV laser

    The UV-Star is an all-solid-state tunable laser with direct output in the UV. The cerium-doped LiCaAlF6 laser is pumped by the company`s StarLine 266 frequency-quadrupled Nd:YAG laser and can be tuned from 282 to 310 nm. Output powers of more than 150 mW can be achieved with a bandwidth of less than 250 pm. Pulse duration is 2.5 ns at repetition rates u¥to 1 kHz.
