The Model 5753 Capacitor Charging Power Supply is designed to repeatedly charge energy storage capacitors for pulsed solid-state lasers. The supply provides 3 kW of output power from a 6.3 ¥ 6.3 ¥ 11.3-in. package that weighs 15 lb. The unit can be configured for a maximum output voltage ranging from 400 to 2800 V with either a positive or negative polarity. The device is certified to IEC601-1 and protected from open-circuit, short-circuit, thermal-overload, and overvoltage conditions.
