Industrial-grade VCSEL lasers available from 760 to 940 nm
Smart single-mode VCSEL lasers are designed as a laser source for industrial optical sensing systems, with insensitivity to dirt and sunlight. Features include robust TO packaging, wavelengths from 760 to 940 nm, and available polarization control. They emit light and also detect backscattered light, allowing the self-mixing interference measurement method (SMI).
