Ushio violet laser diodes have utility in laser direct imaging
The HL40113MG and HL40115MG violet laser diodes emit 405 nm continuous-wave beams at 600 mW. They have wall-plug efficiency of 28.6% and 21.4% and last 40% longer than previous models. They are designed for applications including laser direct imaging and many biomedical and life science uses.
