    The Kontrox LASE 16 is designed for laser facet processing. It integrates the company's Kontrox passivation technology, controlling the oxidation process of the compound semiconductor materials used in laser diodes. This prevents catastrophic optical mirror damage (COMD). Passivated facets remain stable for days, improving flexibility for mirror coatings. It processes up to 1,800 laser bars/day with eight stacking jigs for continuous production.
