The LaserSmart 810XL laser cutting machine, with a nanosecond laser source, is designed for larger-diameter polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tools and other ultra-hard materials up 12 in. diameter, total length of 14 in. and a total load capacity of 33 lbs. It provides surface finishes to Ra 40 nm and uses a patented axis configuration.
