eurolaser celebrates 25 years as laser cutting specialist

Over the past 25 years, the company has specialized in cutting nonmetal materials such as acrylic, wood, textiles, and foils.

Since 1994, eurolaser (Lüneburg, Germany) has been a specialist offering CO2 laser cutting equipment. On September 11-12, 2019, the company celebrated 25 years with an Innovation Days event featuring in-house live demonstrations on a total of nine laser systems to the 250-plus guests. The supporting program consisted of lectures generating a lively exchange of ideas between employees, partners, and guests, followed by a relaxed celebration on Wednesday evening.

Over these 25 years, the company has specialized in cutting nonmetal materials such as acrylic, wood, textiles, and foils. Laser-cut products can be found in every day-to-day life, from clothing to membrane switches to furniture and interior fittings in cars.

The company, initially based in Hamburg and Seevetal, Germany, moved to Lüneburg in 2009, where it is currently staffed with more than 100 employees. This motivated workforce has led the company to be one of the top 100 innovators in Germany for 2019. To retain the wealth of ideas and enthusiasm, the company recently launched the internal Innovation Labhere, employees under the age of 25 exchange ideas and develop ideas for the future.
