Ryerson acquires laser cutting services provider Fanello Industries

Fanello Industries supplies laser cutting solutions, among other services, to several industries in the Southeastern U.S. 

Industrial metal processor and distributor Ryerson Holding Corporation (Chicago, IL) has acquired Fanello Industries (Lavonia, GA), which supplies laser cutting, blanking, stamping, bending, and machining metal solutions to several industries in the Southeastern U.S. The company employs approximately 150 people and has annual revenue of approximately $20 million.

Ryerson has worked closely with Vince Fanello and his management team for many years both as a customer and a supplier of value-added fabrication services, according to Kevin Richardson, Ryerson's President, South-East Region. Fanello will continue to serve the market under its own brand name, he adds.
