Evosys Laser moves to new headquarters, augmenting laser welding services

Oct. 3, 2018
There, customers can now use the company's laser welding services in more than 2000 square meters of space.

Evosys Laser (Erlangen, Germany) celebrated the relocation to its new premises in Erlangen in September 2018. There, customers can now use the company's services in more than 2000 square meters of space.

"As a recognized know-how leader in the field of laser welding of plastics, we can offer our customers even more possibilities and flexibility in the new rooms," says managing partner Frank Brunnecker on the motivation to move.

"To optimize customer service and international business, we have recently strengthened our team by another 10 employees. That would not have happened at the old location," adds managing partner Holger Aldebert.

The Evosys Group currently consists of three companies: the parent company Evosys Laser, the subsidiary LPW Services, and the subsidiary Evosys (Suzhou) Laser System. Because of the commitment of the managing directors, the company was awarded with the 2018 founder award of the Nuremberg Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Evosys Laser develops and manufactures customized systems for the laser welding of plastics at the Erlangen site.

With its many years of market and process experience, the company offers creative and innovative solutions worldwide for integration into automation solutions. A service package ranging from design consulting to prototyping in its own technical center to after-sales service rounds off the product range.

Evosys customers are mainly found in the automotive, medical, and consumer electronics sectors. It currently employs approximately 40 people.
