He has been a key factor in the company's continual growth and success, and has extensive industry experience. He joined the company in 2005 as a field service engineer and was promoted three years later to National Service Manager, overseeing technical service operations in the U.S. and Canada. Recognized for his innovative contributions and commitment to customer excellence, he was chosen to serve as Vice President, Technical Service and on of the Board of Directors.
