    On April 21, 2017, 3D measurement solutions provider Faro Technologies acquired laser scanner manufacturer Nutfield Technology.

    On April 21, 2017, 3D measurement solutions provider Faro Technologies (Lake Mary, FL) acquired laser scanner manufacturer Nutfield Technology (Hudson, NH) in efforts to expand its presence in key markets, as well as improve upon its existing product lines.

    Nutfield designs and manufactures galvanometer scanners, scan heads, and laser kits, as well as scan control software and hardware.
