AdSint PP flex polypropylene powder from Advanc3dMaterials (Hamburg, Germany) offers 29% elongation for use in selective laser sintering, and is comparable to standard polypropylene. The powder enables direct production of prototypes and small series and, like regular polypropylene, can be used in the automotive, electrical, sport, and healthcare industries. It allows post-processing such as thermoforming or sealing, and is available in 4.4 lb. canisters or 44 lb. bags.
