Han's Laser opens U.S. services/manufacturing center

Han's Laser's new branch office in Houston, Texas, will provide sales and support services within the United States and Canada for the more than 80 different laser systems manufactured by the China-based company.

The company's top selling CO₂ and YAG laser marking, drilling, engraving, welding, and cutting machines will be available beginning immediately and will offer cost savings of 25% to 50% over similar systems available in the U.S., according to the company. The company will continue to expand offerings in 2007 to include the full line of high-power industrial laser machines, which are sold to leading companies throughout the world, including Sony and Panasonic.
