    Bystronic Inc., Hauppauge, NY, has incorporated a power saving mode into all machines equipped with the ByLaser 6000 and ByLaser 4400BCL series resonators.

    The new Power Saving Mode reduces the electrical power consumption of the complete laser cutting system by 50 to 70 percent during standby or non-cutting times.

    Customer benefits include reduced energy costs, reduced carbon footprint and possible State or local incentives for electrical efficiency.
