White House, Tenn. – Striker Systems, a developer of sheet metal CAD/CAM and nesting software, has reached a milestone as the company celebrates its 25th year in business.
Founded as a small engineering firm in 1985, Striker Systems soon expanded its focus to include CAD/CAM software sales and systems integration. This rapidly evolved into software development, and within a few short years Striker Systems was firmly established as a leader in the sheet metal CAD/CAM and nesting software industry.
“I am proud to celebrate this landmark achievement as it represents our resilience in an ever-changing industry,” said Kevin Dudley, Striker Systems president. “I credit our longevity to a sound product vision and exceptional customer service.”
Today, Striker Systems offers a variety of software products designed to automate the programming of CNC punching, laser cutting, and hybrid machine tools. Advanced nesting algorithms and supporting modules focus on maximum throughput and consistent part quality. Striker Systems still resides in the same facility that it moved into shortly after its founding, having twice doubled its square footage to accommodate growth. The Striker headquarters is now a premium software development and customer service center with state of the art training facilities.
“It’s been a great 25 years, but we don’t plan to rest on the accomplishments that have established our presence in the sheet metal fabrication industry,” comments Michael Boggs, Striker Systems VP of sales. “We will continue to embrace technology and develop innovative software solutions to help our customers succeed in this increasingly competitive business environment.”
