East Hartford, CT--Attendees at this yeas SALA will view the latest in advanced industrial laser equipment and industrial laser materials processing applications shown at an Open House to be held April 15th at the Laser Applications Laboratories of the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT).

East Hartford, CT – Attendees at this year's SALA will view the latest in advanced industrial laser equipment and industrial laser materials processing applications shown at an Open House to be held April 15th at the Laser Applications Laboratories of the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT).

Visitors will see live demonstrations of: drilling-on-the-fly with a fiber laser system, coating removal with a disk laser, and demonstrations of the latest laser processing systems by DMG, HABCO, TRUMPF, IPG Photonics, and LASERDYNE.

This Open House—being held in conjunction with the 5th Symposium for Advanced Laser Application (SALA)—is scheduled to immediately follow this event from 4–6 PM. Attendance is free but limited to registered attendees of the SALA event (SALA identification is required).
