nLight achieves ISO 9001:2000 certification

April 20--nLight Corp. has achieved the UL Registration to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Standard for the design and manufacture of semiconductor lasers, laser subsystems, and other photonic devices.

April 20--nLight Corp. (Vancouver, WA) has achieved the UL Registration to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Standard for the design and manufacture of semiconductor lasers, laser subsystems, and other photonic devices.

Underwriter Laboratories awarded a certificate of registration recognizing that the quality management system implemented by nLight is in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Standard.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality management system developed by the International Organization for Standardization. ISO 9001, the most comprehensive standard in the ISO 9000 series, provides a model for quality of design and development of a product, including production, installation, and servicing.
