Newport to showcase scientific research solutions at Photonics West 2006

January 10--Newport Corp. plans to unveil several new product technologies at Photonics West, January 24-26.

January 10--Newport Corp. announced that it will unveil several new product technologies at Photonics West, to be held January 24-26 at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, San Jose, CA.

These include performance upgrades to its MaiTai HP Laser; the new Explorer diode-pumped solid-state laser system; the SmartTable-UT upgradeable optical table; new optics and optical components, including the Valumax optomechanical components and Suprema mounts; the 1935-C series of optical meters; and the Helios transient absorption spectrometer.
