Epilog receives customer value award from Frost & Sullivan

Epilog Laser has received an award from Frost & Sullivan for its "inordinate focus" on enhancing customer value in the laser marking and engraving sector.

Golden, CO -- Epilog Laser has received an award from Frost & Sullivan for its efforts in the laser marking and engraving sector.

The producer of CO2 and fiber laser systems won the 2012 North American Customer Value Enhancement Award due to its "inordinate focus on enhancing the value that its customers receive, beyond simply good customer service, leading to improved customer retention and, ultimately, customer base expansion," said Muthuraman Ramasamy, industry analyst and team leader at Frost & Sullivan, in a statement.

"With a deep understanding of customer requirements, its technology, coupled with customer innovation, is helping the company build a powerful reputation among existing as well as start-up end users," he added.
