Multilane CO2 laser stickpack machine

Pro Mach business unit Matrix has introduced the Inever BY300 CO2 laser-based multilane stickpack machine, which offers scoring and marking capabilities for low-to-medium production of stickpack seals on paper, plastic, and coated treatments.

Saukville, WI - Pro Mach business unit Matrix has introduced the Inever BY300 CO2 laser-based multilane stickpack machine, which offers scoring and marking capabilities for low-to-medium production of stickpack seals on paper, plastic, and coated treatments. The system, with an estimated operating life that exceeds 45,000 h, produces 150 stickpacks/min for a three-lane operation to 350/min with seven lanes. Features include PLC control, brushless servo motors, and a touch-screen HMI, as well as a mechanical cam drive, collating or counting conveyors for cartoning, integrated top-load or end-load cartooning, and dust aspiration for powders.
