InnoLas concentrates industrial laser business in new company

Krailling, Germany - To better address current industrial laser market needs now covered by InnoLas Laser, the company will concentrate this business into a new entity: InnoLas Photonics. All activities in the area of scientific lasers remain unchanged and will—as before—be performed out of InnoLas Laser with general manager Reinhard Kelnberger.

The transfer of the industrial laser business to InnoLas Photonics will become effective January 1, 2015; both companies' locations will remain in Krailling. With the new business comes two new personnel appointments: Dr. Florian Sotier as R&D manager and Stephan Geiger as managing director.

The product lines that will be managed by InnoLas Photonics are the NANIO series, NANIO Air, mosquitoo and mosquitoo X series, and SpitLight models for industrial applications. The company also plans to launch several promising new models during 2015.
