PRIMA has announced that it will be holding an open house/seminar on June 4th and 5th at PRIMA North America's Chicopee, MA, Technology Center. The event will feature the latest in 2D and 3D laser cutting innovations including new laser cutting systems offering increased speed and power for significant productivity gains. A new FINN-POWER press brake will also be demonstrated.

Both days of the open house/seminar will include programming and software, and automation / automatic load and unload system demonstrations as well as a tour of PRIMA's state-of-the-art facility. Event activities span each of the days and provide the opportunity for fabricating professionals to directly interact with PRIMA technical experts to discuss their specific production needs.

PRIMA will present 2D laser technology on June 4th and will cover 3D laser innovations on June 5. The 2D laser track will feature PRIMA's 2D laser cutting system, Synchrono, which has a unique, patented laser head, designed with two additional small, linear-driven parallel kinematic axes on the moving gantry, allowing the cutting head to cut more than 1000 holes per minute at an exceptionally high acceleration of up to 6G. PRIMA will also demonstrate the Platino 1530 2D laser system featuring a new three-lense cutting head that greatly expands its cutting capabilities. The latest in powerful laser resonators, CP4000 and CV5000, will also be shown in action.

In addition, the FINN-POWER E Series Press Brake, offering a fast, accurate, non-hydraulic bending solution, will be demonstrated on both days.

On June 5th, PRIMA will feature innovative 3D laser technology including two new laser cutting systems. the DOMINO 3D / 2D cutting system, which provides increased efficiency / productivity by offering the highest axes speed available in its category and for optimal productivity, and the RAPIDO 3D laser cutting system. which offers features that increase productivity by more than 30% over conventional systems.

Attendees will be treated to a complimentary lunch and refreshments each day. Hours are 8:30 am-3:30 pm. Entertainment and dinner activities are also planned. To register, contact Suzanne Bara at (800) 527-3760 or by email to [email protected].
