New handbook on ultrashort pulse lasers available

The Bavarian Laser Centre has published a new volume in the series "BLZ User Handbooks" called "Ultrashort Pulse Lasers — Basic Principles and Applications." The aim of the handbook series is to illustrate the basic principles of photonic technologies and their applications.

Each volume of the series addresses one specific topic. The handbooks provide a first insight into the respective topics with simplifying illustrations. The handbook series will help the user to apply laser technology in order to find innovative solutions to challenges.
