PICALO Conference will host its first International Enterprise Summit
The 3rd Pacific International Conference on Applications of Lasers and Optics (PICALO) will host its first International Enterprise Summit. The conference takes place April 16-18 in Beijing, China.
The PICALO 2008 Summit, presented by the Laser Institute of America (LIA) in cooperation with the Laser Processing Committee of China Optical Society (LPC-COS) and Tsinghua University, will focus on the opportunities and challenges of globalization for laser companies in China, and around the world. It will bring together leaders from the Chinese, European, and North American Laser Industry to give their perspectives on how to compete and collaborate in a global marketplace.
"With the continued advances in laser applications worldwide, there has been a growing demand for laser companies to collaborate with China," states Peter Baker, LIA's Executive Director. "This Summit provides a unique opportunity to listen to some of the top Chinese, European, and North American laser company leaders and discuss the issues the industry is facing globally."
With a unique selection of speakers, the PICALO 2008 Summit will provide insight from industry experts, legal experts, and decision makers on conducting and expanding business in China.
