Preco awarded ISO 13485 certification

    Somerset, Wis. – Preco Inc. is now able to provide additional contract manufacturing services and automated processing equipment to manufacturers of medical devices thanks to an effort in the last quarter of 2010 to get the Somerset facility ISO 13485:2003 certified.

    Preco states that it is seeing tremendous growth in its medical markets, and the ISO 13485 certification is part of its commitment to continue that growth. The company says that its unique combination of expertise in precision registered lamination, laser processing, and rotary die converting is filling a gap in the medical device market.
