    April 8, 2016

The sixth-generation LDF fiber-coupled, high-power diode lasers have uses in industrial applications in the multi-kilowatt range. New features include modularity to meet different needs, a mobile- and hot-plug-capable operating panel with touchscreen, accessibility to all connection areas and interfaces through a slidable dust-proof cover, and a central system control that provides real-time monitoring via an Industrial Ethernet network. All information is accessible at any time over the operating panel directly on the laser, or through a network link in a control center or via a VPN-protected remote maintenance access.
