The LMS-650XS laser solution has utility in optical component ID marking for traceability.

PhotoScribe Technologies' (New York, NY) LMS-650XS laser solution has utility in optical component ID marking for traceability, incorporating a high-precision motion system with submicron accuracy. It features 193 nm excimer technology, which is needed for surface absorption to address and mark several types of optical materials, and can be used to create a fiducial mark, determining the area of transition in optical lenses and eyewear.
