LIA forms committee to search for next generation of leadership

The LIA has announced that Peter Baker, the LIA's executive director for the last 28 years, will be retiring in spring 2017.

The Laser Institute of America (LIA; Orlando, FL) has announced that Peter Baker, the LIA's executive director for the last 28 years, will be retiring in spring 2017. So, the LIA Executive Committee has formed a search committee to find the next executive director to lead and carry out the LIA's mission and goals.

Potential candidates should demonstrate successful leadership experience in either the laser or other not-for-profit fields. A detailed description, including responsibilities and qualifications, is available.
