The Micro-Multi-Axis laser processing work cell is compatible with IPG's maintenance-free fiber lasers with up to 500W average power.

The Micro-Multi-Axis laser processing work cell from IPG Photonics (Oxford, MA) features stepper motor drives for positioning accuracy, and is compatible with the company's maintenance-free fiber lasers with up to 500W average power. The high pulse energy and high peak power of the quasi-continuous-wave (QCW) laser enables welding, cutting, and drilling a wide range of material types, including steel, aluminum, and alloys. The system has utility in multiple-station production facilities or limited-space R&D environments.
