Irvine, CA - Newport has debuted its ONE-XY Series integrated two-axis linear stages for use in demanding XY-positioning applications such as wafer inspection, LED scribing, or surface profilometry. The stages are available with travel ranges from 60 to 300mm and load capacities between 200 and 800N.

Additional features include orthogonal axis alignment for XY accuracy as well as optional cable management for faster and easier system integration. The stages' monolithic construction is machined to tight tolerances. Precision crossed roller bearings ensure planarity, straightness, flatness, and repeatability. A high-efficiency linear motor guarantees dynamic performance with speeds up to 1 m/s.
