ESI wraps up Topwin Optoelectronics acquisition

Portland, OR - Laser micromachining systems maker Electro Scientific Industries (ESI) has completed its acquisition of Topwin Optoelectronics (Wuhan, China), a company that designs and produces laser manufacturing systems.
