Diamond laser cutting machines

Sahajanand Technologies has introduced laser cutting machines for diamond cutting.

Sahajanand Technologies has introduced its LAZER NXT laser cutting machine for diamond cutting, which is said to reduce human-induced error and increase efficiency. The compact system allows more machining per room to gain maximum production in the minimum space.

Magnus ACE, an advanced setup station, increases the productivity of laser machines by as much as 20 percent. It reduces the number of operator interaction from 30 to 40 to 1 per diamond. It also increases the precision and accuracy of the diamond setting process. By having automatic transfer of information between Magnus Ace and laser machines, operator and machine efficiency is increased significantly. A single Magnus ACE machine is able to handle 2-4 laser sawing machines.

The company has also launched its Super Green machine for diamond cutting, using a 532 nm single-mode, diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) green laser for diamond cutting. The machine provides the lowest weight loss and minimum damage to high-value, high-quality diamonds, and it is compatible with the Magnus Ace machine.

The newest Optimus 4P software for “Four-in-One” diamond cutting is designed with high productivity, minimum operator intervention, and automation for high-volume diamond cutting operations.

Dashboard Technologies offers “Push mode reporting” for business owners and laser room managers providing an array of business reporting matrix, with 100-percent authenticity. Dashboard products are aimed to measure productivity of the capital equipment, which are being using for diamond processing.
