Additive manufacturer EOS names president of North America office

Novi, MI - Additive manufacturing solutions developer EOS has named Glynn Fletcher as president of EOS of North America, Inc.

Fletcher was previously the president of GF Machining Solutions (GFMS) Americas LLC (Lincolnshire, IL). Jointly, GFMS and EOS have previously showcased the power of additive and subtractive manufacturing, for example, demonstrating a nearly automatic process chain for creating injection- and blow-mold tooling at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS). This process chain example reinforces the concept that additive and subtractive manufacturing are complementary.

Fletcher will also be managing two companies within the EOS family: Advanced Laser Materials (ALM), which provides high-performance polymers, including customized blends, for the additive manufacturing industry, and Integra Services, which offers service and support for rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing technology.
