    June 29--A major Korean semiconductor manufacturer has ordered multiple M450 WaferRepair memory processing systems

    June 29--GSI Group Inc. has announced the receipt of a new order for multiple M450 WaferRepair memory processing systems from a major Korean semiconductor manufacturer. The total value of this order is expected to be more than $6 million.

    The GSI Group WaferRepair memory processing product platform is based on patented innovations that enable manufacturers to enhance the yield of ever-tightening fuse pitch structures. Tight pitch fuse pitches allow for the achievement of higher performance and higher capacity memory products.
