Dave has been with JENOPTIK since 2010 and is the VP of Optics. Prior to joining JENOPTIK he formed his own optical consulting company and has held optical engineering positions at both Zygo Corporation and Melles Griot Optical Systems Division.
Dave was a winner of both the 1996 Laser Focus World New Product of the Year Award in the Optics category and the Photonics Spectra Circle of Excellence Award for a Refractive/Diffractive Hybrid Super-Achromat as well as the R&D 100 award for innovative lens design. He has written six articles for various optical publications and holds several U.S. patents.
