    APA Optics Inc. has raised approximately $1.87 million through a private placement, by selling 465,000 shares of common stock.

    APA Optics Inc. (Minneapolis, MN) has raised approximately $1.87 million through a private placement, by selling 465,000 shares of common stock. The proceeds will be used to purchase equipment and fund product development, manufacturing, and marketing. President and CEO Anil Jain says the company will also continue to take advantage of its dense-wavelength-division-multiplexing products.
