Near-infrared camera
The SU320-SMC camera is sensitive in the 900- to 1700-nm range, with peak response at 1550 nm. It contains an indium gallium arsenide 320 x 256-element focal-plane array with quantum efficiency of more than 70% over a wide band without external cooling. Integration times are selectable using an external trigger. The camera is compatible with standard analog and digital frame-grabber boards and comes with either RS170- or CCIR-compatible video output.
