UV photodiode

The JEP 5-400 GaP photodiode has an active area of 4.8 mm2 and a spectral sensitivity that is flat between 250 and 400 nm, with an absolute spectral responsivity of 75 mA/W. The detector's sensitivity is a factor of 104 lower for wavelengths greater than 400 nm, useful for flame detection and UVC measurements.
