With increased amplification, the ac-coupled Series 99 low-light photodetector modules capture fast transient light signals and are powered by battery or rechargeable gel cells. Gain reaches 15,000 V/W, and bandwidth ranges from 2.8 to 10 GHz. Si, GaAs, and InGaAs photodiodes cover UV, visible, IR, and far-IR spectral ranges.
