DPM Photonics partners with Photonic Devices and Optizone for improved services and product offerings

January 26, 2010--DPM Photonics (Vernon, CT) has partnered with Photonic Devices to provide consulting services and engineering assistance in expanding Photonic Devices’ current line of fiber- and fiber laser-related high-power optical collimators and focusing systems. DPM has also partnered with passive component manufacturer Optizone Technology Limited to provide both product representation and product development services to augment the growing product offering of Optizone.

January 26, 2010--DPM Photonics (Vernon, CT) has partnered with Photonic Devices to provide consulting services and engineering assistance in expanding Photonic Devices’ current line of fiber- and fiber laser-related high-power optical collimators and focusing systems. DPM has also partnered with passive component manufacturer Optizone Technology Limited to provide both product representation and product development services to augment the growing product offering of Optizone.

“Photonic Devices has been a respected entity in the high power precision-optics market for over 20 years,” says David Machewirth, president of DPM Photonics. “With increasing output powers and output wavelength possibilities from lasers today, existing and new products from Photonic Devices will be well positioned to meet the most demanding applications.”

DPM Photonics will also share in the sales and marketing of Photonic Devices’ current line of fiber-related beam delivery systems and collimators, in addition to its extensive line of beam expanders, CO2 Scan lenses, and mechanical positioning devices.

Machewirth says of Optizone, “Standard and custom products equally benefit from the in-house Telcordia qualification capability, quality control system and vast component manufacturing experience found at Optizone.”
