He also played a key role in the sale and post-acquisition integration into II-VI and its subsidiary Photop Technologies following II-VIâs acquisition of Aegis in 2011. He also served as Director of Finance & Controller for Integral Access, a supplier of VoIP access equipment, where he helped raise more than $100 million in equity and debt financing while growing the company from early stage through its acquisition. John O'Hara, LLE president and CEO, says Parent will help direct many of the company's critical activities following more than $15 million in private funding raised last year, as LLE accelerates product development and manufacturing capabilities.
