XPAND appoints Marty Jaffe CFO

Los Angeles, CA--XPAND, a market provider of active 3D technology for home, cinema and education applications, has appointed Marty Jaffe as chief financial officer.

Los Angeles, CA--XPAND, a market provider of active 3D technology for home, cinema, and education applications, has appointed Marty Jaffe as chief financial officer (CFO) of the company, effective immediately. As CFO, Jaffe will be the senior financial executive for XPAND, overseeing and managing all financial activities and planning and advising the management team on strategic matters.

"We are proud to add Jaffe to our executive team," said Maria Costeira, CEO, XPAND. "He brings a wealth of proven experience to XPAND, and his expertise will be an invaluable asset as we continue to grow into new markets and introduce new, technologically advanced 3D solutions."

Prior to joining XPAND, Jaffe served as the CFO of Syabas Technology, a software developer of wired and wireless digital home entertainment products. Jaffe has also held positions at Dolby Laboratories, The Chronicle Publishing Company, and other firms.

Marty Jaffe is a lawyer and certified public accountant. He holds a B.A. in political and social behavior from Occidental College, a J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of The Law, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. Jaffe and his family reside in Oakland, CA.

XPAND Universal 3D Glasses are the only 3D glasses that work with all the 3DTV brands and models, 3D computers, 3D gaming consoles and cinema. XPAND 3D technology is used by over 3,000 3D cinemas in more than 50 countries.
