Boulder, CO--Imatest LLC has appointed Michael Minard as chief operating officer (COO), who will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations.

Boulder, CO--Imatest LLC has appointed Michael Minard as chief operating officer (COO), who will oversee the company's day-to-day operations. With over 20 years experience in managing scientific and technical businesses, Minard specializes in commercialization processes and corporate strategy implementation.

Prior to serving as an executive VP at General Electric, Minard progressed through the ranks of Lockheed and IBM. He has in-depth experience in managing sales teams, marketing, and operations, and has been responsible for creating and launching major new lines of business with resulting revenue streams in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Imatest has also expanded its management board to include Minard and John Schoonbrood, who serves as co-founder and president of Azantis, Inc. Schoonbrood has an MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, and has had extensive experience as a financial and operational executive, working in both high growth and in distressed environments.
