SLT files lawsuit against C. R. Bard

Surgical Laser Technologies (SLT, Oaks, PA) filed a $62 million lawsuit against C. R. Bard Inc. (Murray Hill, NJ) and Bard Urological Division (Covington, GA), alleging breach of contract, breach of duty to deal fairly, lack of good faith, anticipatory repudiation of a contract, negligent misrepresentation, and unfair competition.
