EG&G sells cooledCCD product line to Princeton Instruments

In addition to hiring the hardware, software, and service engineers who were employed by EG&G, PI has already reached agreements with EG&G global sales representatives. EG&G will continue to buy and integrate OMAs with larger systems, according to EG&G vice president Angelo Castellana.
