Reflective objectives

All-reflective objectives are coated and assembled to customer order. Final assembly is done interferometrically to eliminate any adjustments after delivery, and cover glass correction can be included. Without refractive elements, the objectives can be used from 193 nm to far-IR, depending on the coating specified.
