Imaging spectroscopy on a microscopic scale can be used for multichannel spectral analysis of light-emitting semiconductors in the design of innovative LED structures. A hyperspectral-imaging microscope system provides detailed examination in the visible and near-IR with high precision, enabling accurate modeling and shortening the design process.
