LS-6 6 W precision-aligned xenon (PAX) light sources from Excelitas Technologies (Waltham, MA) contain a short-arc xenon flash lamp (<1% CV), power supply, and trigger circuit within an electromagnetic interference suppressant enclosure. The light sources generate ultraviolet (UV) to infrared (IR) light for healthcare, analytical, and life science applications, including drug discovery, in vitro diagnostics, proteomics, and absorption analysis.
