PI to display nanofocusing drive at Strategies in Biophotonics 2014

Sept. 8, 2014
The P-725 PIFOC microscope objective scanner provides subnanometer resolution for super-resolution microscopy applications.

The P-725 PIFOC microscope objective scanner provides subnanometer resolution for super-resolution microscopy applications. It features a frictionless flexure-guided design and capacitive position sensor feedback for maximum stability and linearity. Motion is created using the company's integrated PICMA high-performance piezo drives (the same ones as used on the Mars Rover). All-ceramic insulation provides longer lifetime and humidity resistance in microscopy, confocal microscopy, 3D imaging, screening, autofocus systems, and surface analysis.
