The EPLED 310 picosecond pulsed LED light source delivers a sub-800 ps typical pulse width at 310 nm for spectroscopy instrumentation such as fluorescence lifetime spectrometers and fluorescence lifetime multiwell plate readers.

The EPLED 310 picosecond pulsed LED light source from Edinburgh Instruments (Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland) delivers a sub-800 ps typical pulse width at 310 nm for spectroscopy instrumentation such as fluorescence lifetime spectrometers and fluorescence lifetime multiwell plate readers. Optimized for time-correlated single-photon counting (TCSPC), the light sources are an alternative to nanosecond flashlamps and modelocked Ti:sapphire femtosecond lasers. Customized versions for integration within various types of analytical instrumentation are also available.
